Christmas Morning Angels

The little cutie pies excited for Christmas morning and ready to open their presents from Santa. You can't see it, but there are a ton of presents under the tree waiting to be opened...

...and voila, Tula magically turns into a princess! (Cass is all glammed out in the background as well).

Back to School

Here's me going back to school on the bus. I'm a little worried without Big Sis, but I'm more worried that I won't get to ride on the new Thomas train the school has this year.

Warm Nights

It's been hot here in my neck of the woods and I love to be au natural. Look how much fun we're having! Pizza, juiceboxes, and a slip and slide= heaven for a 2 year old.

The Littlest Artiste

Look at all my artwork!! Mommy opened up a studio in our town to teach classes and sell art and she takes me there a lot. Well, I guess I'm an artist too, because every time I go to the studio I create something amazing, usually while no one's paying attention.

Nursery School Graduate

I made it! I survived nursery school. I know how to count to ten, my favorite color is blue, and I already miss my friends!

Biking

It took me an hour, but I finally took a chance and tried the carnival rides. Once I started, I couldn't stop. It wasn't scary at all! (At least not as scary as the carnies manning the rides.)

Lessons from Big Sis

I am so lucky to have a big sister to teach me the ropes. I feel sorry for the eldest children who have to go at it alone. It's so much easier when you have a big sibling to take the blame for you and show you how to do things. My big sis taught me how to open the sidewalk chalk packaging (with a knife), and how to blow bubbles (and them pour them all over the driveway), and how to smile (with the face all scrunched up). I'm feeling the sister love.

Playing With Auntie Marysia

Over Easter Auntie Marysia was sick in bed with laryngitis. She tried to be social, but she was so tired she took lots of naps. I enjoy my naps, so I decided to join her in bed. We didn't sleep at all. We played around with the big stuffed animal and laughed a lot.

I love to Paint!

Every day I tell Mama, I want to Paint! Sometimes I get lucky and she lets me. First I use a brush, then I use my fingers, then I start to paint my body, and then I eat it. It is a whole body experience and the reason why Mama only lets me paint sometimes.

Hi, It's me.

It's been awhile, but I've been busy livin' and learnin'. I can count to ten in English and Spanish and I don't swallow my gum anymore! It's good times.

Mommy loves me because I am such a nice 2 year old, much too mature for terrible twos. All you have to do is talk loudly to me and I get very upset. I don't like when anyone is angry with me, so I try to follow the rules. But watch out, if I disagree, I can be the most stubborn child you've ever met.

Everyone Loves Uncle Steve

All the kids clamor to sit next to Uncle Steve because he's so cool. Especially under pressure. You'd think he has five kids looking so comfortable in between his two nieces, but nope, he's married without children. The way Auntie Nora was holding the Nugget, this may not be the case for long...

I'm Bigger than the Nugget

I'm such a big girl that I can hold babies on my lap! This is my 2nd cousin Charlie and we did a little bonding over New Years. My mom liked to hold Charlie and I didn't like that at all, so mom thought if I held the baby I might be okay with letting her hold the baby. I was still NOT OK with her holding the baby.

Even though I'm the baby in my family, I have decided to act like a big girl. My New Year's resolution is to speak in full sentences. You may not understand all I say, but I'm definitely speaking in full sentences.

Happy New Year!
